Our candles are made with a vegan blend of natural apricot and coconut wax, non-toxic fragrance oils and wooden wicks.
Once your order is placed, we will process and ship out your order within 3-5 business days. Once it has left my house shipping times will vary per location.
Due to COVID-19, our mailing partners are experiencing severe shipping and processing delays as they prioritize the safety of their staff and customers. As more consumers opt to shop online during the pandemic, they are experiencing some of their highest non-holiday numbers, particularly in their larger processing facilities. We cannot do much once the product has left my house, but if you are having any trouble with your order please contact us.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@fourthegirlsco.com within 3 days of arrival. Wooden wicks burn a bit differently that traditional cotton wicks, and there are a few common issues that will cause them not to stay lit. Not to worry! Follow our candle care guide here.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number and we ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx.
